This is a low powered string so you can swing away naturally. This also is very durable, i mean 8 hard hours and its still fine for me. I was stringing at 50mains 48 crosses on one racquet and 48/46 on another.  I sold my stringer and don't play as much anymore. This is one of a few unused reels i have left
